9. Rush Processing
Pantano Power Equipment will Rush Process your order at an additional fee.
Rush Processing pushes your order through the same day. (Excludes Weekends, Holidays, & Act of God)
All orders opted in to Rush Processing must be placed by 3PM EST (10AM EST for Snow Blowers and Riding Lawn Mowers) to be shipped same day. If the order is placed after the previous mentioned times it will not be shipped until the following business day. Rush Processing is only available on selected items.

Free Handheld and Freight Shipping
Power equipment valued at $199.95 ships free* to all locations in the lower 48 states.
*Shipping charges may only apply to purchases of some parts and accessories.
Additional shipping costs will apply if you want lift gate service. Lift gate service lowers your package from the freight truck to the ground safely via a lift. If you do not want lift gate service, your equipment should be delivered to a loading dock or a location with a forklift to unload the equipment.
Some of our equipment can be extremely heavy and can weigh upwards of a few hundred pounds. If you require a residential delivery, you must have several strong and fit people to unload the heavy equipment if a lift gate service is not applied. The driver is not required to help in the unloading process. We recommend lift gate service for residential customers who do not have a loading dock, a forklift, or the manpower to safely lower the equipment from the truck.
All products greater than 125 lbs. ship via semi-truck and we strongly recommend ordering “Lift Gate Service” to safely lower the product to the curb.
Remote Area Surcharge
Within the continental United States, a few zip codes require additional services to facilitate the delivery. However, depending on your zip code, you may be charged a “Remote Area Surcharge” while checking out.
International Shipment
We currently do not ship internationally, including Canada and Puerto Rico. We can ship to freight-forwarders inside the United States and you would be responsible for coordinating and paying for the international shipment.
Return Policies
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact us via email or speak with a customer representative to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair, which may be covered under warranty. If product is returned and upon inspection shows signs that gas or oil have been used then no refund will be given and the customer will be notified via telephone.
Lawn Mowers are non-refundable and not returnable.
A local Brand-servicing dealer can handle all products that are currently under warranty. Nonetheless, Pantano Power offers free technical support for the life of the machine if purchased from us. We are here to assist you with any problems or questions that may arise.
Refunds and Returns on Hand Held 2-Cycle Equipment:
Unopened Merchandise – You may return any “unopened” products and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping back and there may be a restock fee to cover original shipment of goods
Opened Merchandise – Opened products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Return shipping costs lay solely on the buyer in this case. Please note that on electrical system parts including ignition coils, electrical starters, and any other electrical system component is not refundable or returnable under any circumstance due to warranty changes from all current manufacturers concerning electrical items. All other parts fall under the previous return policy. If any NON Electrical part is found to be defective it can be returned and exchanged within 30 days.
All New Engine powered equipment with a full Manufacture Warranty cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to a Local Authorized Service Center for repair, which may be covered under warranty. If product is returned and upon inspection shows signs that gas or oil have been used then no refund will be given and the customer will be notified via telephone. All Refurbished Units – Any refurbished Unit with a Factory warranty cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled unless item is damaged beyond repair due to shipping or deemed defective by a Local Authorized Dealer. Carburetor adjustments are not considered a defect and a refurbished unit needing a carburetor adjustment needs to be service by a local dealer.
Refunds and returns on accessories according to U.S. Law:
Refund credits can only be returned back to the original card used for purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card, canceled, etc.) an attempt to refund the money must be made at least once by us, back on to the original card. Once this is done and a credit could not be completed, then a company check will be sent to the purchaser.
Shipping or Website Error:
Should the customer receive product not explicitly ordered either due to a shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.
Remote Area Surcharge
Within the continental United States, a few zip codes require additional services to facilitate the delivery. However, depending on your zip code, you may be charged a “Remote Area Surcharge.” Please call first to find out if your area is affected and we will confirm if there will be a surcharge or not. Please be aware that the entire state of Alaska is considered remote, so if you are from that area, please call first. We reserve the right to cancel an order that falls within the Surcharge areas.
